This Rider to Terms of Use Agreement (this "Rider") supplements the Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") relative to this Website. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Rider shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Agreement. Your acceptance of the terms of this Rider is required to gain access to the Website.
